WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Description:

• We are looking for Support Engineer - Testing at Bangalore, who has Testing and Troubleshooting experience with AWS/Azure Cloud infrastructure knowledge to join our Operations support team.
• This role will provide Regular/advanced operations support, contribute to existing system improvements, and work directly with enterprise customers to provide excellent customer service.

What you would do in this role

• UAT and Sanity testing
• Closely monitor the System Dashboard and alert messages
• Closely follow – up on the error codes
• Test connected features on the Dashboard
• Check regularly for network issues on Dashboard
• Tools: JIRA, AWS, Mongo DB, Power App, Power Automate App

Who we are looking for?

• Years of Experience: 1-3 years
• Education: B.tech, MCA, MComm
• Add about desired experience: Good analysis skills, Testing experience etc
• Tools & Techniques: Excel, Power point, Cloud applications, Power app, Power Automate app, Mongo DB etc
